Director of Communications
Part of the WHF team since January 2016
Since joining Wyoming Health Fairs in 2016, my duties have been varied – from special projects to managing logistics for our lab deliveries. I never have the same day twice, which keeps me on my toes and allows me to contribute in new ways each day. My proudest charge, however, is managing the team of Communications, which brings opportunities for improving experiences and helping our participants. Most importantly, my team is the best at WHF – talented, smart and quick—witted! (Just don’t mention that to the other departments….lol)
You may have noticed – I love my work at Wyoming Health Fairs. There are many reasons but the biggest reason is the people. I have the pleasure of working with a team of professionals who make work FUN! We have passion for the WHF mission which helps us to accomplish much together – and their amazing personalities and experiences drive A LOT of laughter and countless fun moments. Simply put, work isn’t work. It is a joy.
Fun Facts: My three kids and husband are my "why" in life. I’m a proud Wyoming native who loves to fish and camp. I also enjoy running…which has brought a new goal for me to attain: to collect those silly race stickers. You know the ones…they simply say 5K, 10K, 13.1, 26.2. Ridiculous right? But I have the perfect spot on my vehicle for them! I’ve also been encouraged to mention my love of bacon, avocados and superheroes (specifically Wonder Woman…DUH!) I also own vinyls of Duran Duran, Pat Benatar, Lionel Richie, the soundtrack for “Two of a Kind” and COUNTLESS classic country artists. And the plant in my office might always on the brink of death but my kids are fine and my work is usually done on time.
Part of the WHF Team since December 2017
At Wyoming Health Fairs, I am primarily responsible for taking your calls, answering your questions, and faxing and printing your results. Sitting at the front desk at the Casper Office also means I will likely be the first face you see! I am always happy to help in any way that I can and appreciate the opportunity to interact with so many different people each day.
The number of blessings Wyoming Health Fairs has brought into my life is immeasurable. It is a pleasure to work with a company that is so devoted to its people and to the communities it serves. My family and myself are proud of the successes I have achieved alongside, and thanks to, Wyoming Health Fairs.
Fun facts: I proudly carry on the tradition of customer service work as my mom, Dawn, did before me. Around the office and in everyday life I enjoy learning, talking, and making those around me (mostly myself) laugh…which I think is apt for being in Communications! I have a candy bucket at my desk (but I don't share). My favorite color is black and, despite popular belief, I do like color. I also love Batman.
