Four Weeks to Fabulous is a four-week Wellness Path


Wellness Path Guidelines

  • Exercise at least 30 minutes each day
  • Eat at least two servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables each day
  • A tracking sheet will be provided to log your progress

Wellness Path Incentives

  • Receive a weekly Healthy Tip email
  • Two opportunities to win prizes by answering pop quiz questions
