Chill Out is a six-week Wellness Path beginning September 1st
Wellness Path Guidelines
- Spend 20 minutes per day doing a restful activity without any phone or email interruptions, 5 days per week
- Enjoy 7-9 hours of sleep/restful activity per night, 5 days per week
- Practice one new relaxation technique (yoga, meditation, guided mental imagery, music therapy, aromatherapy, massage, walking, etc.)
- A tracking sheet will be provided to track your activities!
Wellness Path Incentives
- Receive a weekly Healthy Tip email
- Two opportunities to win prizes by answering pop quiz questions
- Successfully complete Wellness Path guidelines 30 out of 40 days for a chance to win the grand prize!
